All files need to be submitted in one of these formats: .jpg, .tiff, .eps, or .pdf.

TIP: Submit vectorised data (eps or pdf) to maintain edge definition of fonts and images in 60 l/cm screen.

Format (for more information view the detailed images): - Please remember to add a bleed margin (2 mm on each side) to the product size - Fonts and other elements which should not be trimmed off must be placed 3 to 5 mm from the trim mark - Submit your file without crop marks, fold marks, colour wedges or register marks.

Image resolution: 300 dpi

Colour space: CMYK (no RGB and ICC profiles). Special colours can only be included in the design of your printing if they have been selected before in the order.

Our stationery can be used in both laser and inkjet printers, but please remember to follow the manufacturer´s instructions. You can order your stationery in 4C print or with special colours to match your CI. Black printing on the back, for example for your business terms, is also available. Tip: Compare prices for different print runs - a double print run often costs only a little more! Short deliveries or excess deliveries up to 5% of the print run are considered tolerable and can neither be charged nor claimed.
