All files need to be submitted in one of these formats: .jpg, .tiff, .eps, or .pdf.

Format (for more information view the detailed images): - Please remember to add a bleed margin (2 mm on each side) to the product size - Fonts and other elements which should not be trimmed off must be placed 3 to 5 mm from the trim mark - Submit your file without crop marks, fold marks, colour wedges or register marks.

Image resolution: 300 dpi

Colour space: CMYK (no RGB and ICC profiles). Special colours can only be included in the design of your printing if they have been selected before in the order. Page layout: - 1 PDF with single pages (no double pages!) - The printed order of pages is equal to the chronological order of pages in the PDF

Creep: Creep is considered starting from a page number of 40, but not in case of overflowing fonts or pictures. Please design your layout accordingly.

Brochures / catalogues with adhesive binding need to be submitted as single pages in chronological order (multi-page PDF) Cover: imposed two-page spreads including the back (U4/U1 and U2/U3). Please see the table here.

In our brochure calculator, you will find more than 7,5 million different combinations of options for papers, print runs, page numbers, additional cover, different types of converting and surface finishing. Tip: If you choose an additional cover, please remember that the number of pages you have chosen above will scale up four pages for the cover. If necessary, the number of pages of the content must be adapted. Short deliveries or excess deliveries up to 5% of the print run are considered tolerable and can neither be charged nor claimed.
